Four steps, in order, with no clock on any of them. At each one this page says what you do, what happens and what is still your decision.
1. Tell us about the house
You do
Fill in the request form: your name, email and phone number, the property address, its condition, when you would like to sell and anything else you want to add. Then agree to be contacted.
Stays your decision
Whether to send anything. You can read the whole form first, and nothing leaves your browser until you press the button.
2. Your request is reviewed
What happens
Your request is looked at and then passed to cash home buyers, or reviewed by us where that applies. Your details are shared with the buyers or partners handling it, and the form says so before you send.
Not promised
How long this takes, whether anyone responds and what, if anything, they offer. This site publishes no timeline because it cannot know one.
3. You decide
What you may receive
A call or an email with questions about the house, and possibly an offer. Anything said in conversation should be put in writing before you rely on it.
Stays your decision
Everything. You can say no, ask questions, compare with a listing or talk to an attorney.
4. Next steps, only if you say yes
What follows
Paperwork, access, a title search and a closing arranged by whoever is buying, usually with attorneys on both sides.
Our advice
Read every document before signing, and have an attorney of your choice read it as well. If something is not in writing, treat it as not agreed.
What this site does not do
- Publish a price, an offer amount or a closing date.
- Ask you for money, a deposit or a fee on this website, as built today.
- Say that an offer is certain or that a sale will happen.
- Claim to be a government office or the borough.
If anything above sounds different in a phone call, trust this page less than the paperwork, and ask the caller to explain the difference. The FAQ covers the questions people ask most, and the about page says plainly what the arrangement behind this site is and what is still unconfirmed.
